The following statement condenses the
"rational" or "scientific worldview which states that there
must be and indeed will an "explanation" for everything. The
"scientific" explanation will finally "prove" that
"god" never did exist. Laws of Modern Rational Interpretation
and Explanation exclude God as 1st Cause & Creator. In the
"scientific" view, belief in almighty God is irrational.
"Indeed," said Hanbury. "Well if you think there are
ascertainable laws, I should be glad of it for one; for when one is morally sure
that one is right, it is a pity not to be able to refer to a logical ground for
one's belief."
